Internet Privacy

There isn’t a way to ever be absolutely sure you are safe when your on the internet dealing with personal information. Facebook to me is like a giant target. If you think about all of the people on Facebook, and all of the private conversations, and all of the personal information each person has, and then think about how open it is to attack on Facebook. There are so many people who have had trouble with their Facebook accounts, and yet there is no dedicated live Facebook staff to help you.

The most you can do is deactivate your account, only for the hacker to be able to reactivate it. Sometimes a password change works, but not always. The only thing you can really do about it is not be a part of the Facebook community. If you really need to keep your Facebook account, and suspect it’s being hacked, or don’t want it to be hacked, get a new, complicated password, with new security questions. However, if you have been hacked, and can’t seem to fix the problem, you should at least delete your pictures and personal info so the hacker can’t use it to impersonate or blackmail you.
